Hosting Agreement
This page is the public hosting agreement and acceptable use policy for websites hosted by ToxiTech Network. Customers must agree before their files are deployed.
// 1. Service
- ToxiTech Network may host approved website files on its servers.
- The free beta service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change later.
- No customer will be charged unless paid terms are agreed first.
- Static hosting is the default. Dynamic server-side code requires manual approval.
// 2. Customer Responsibility
- The customer confirms they own the website files or have permission to use them.
- The customer is responsible for their own content, copyright, privacy notices, forms, cookies, and users.
- The customer must keep their own backup copy of all website files.
- The customer must provide a valid contact email for security and abuse notices.
// 3. Prohibited Use
- No malware, viruses, backdoors, web shells, spyware, credential stealers, or crypto miners.
- No phishing, scams, fake login pages, impersonation, fraud, spam, or abuse infrastructure.
- No attack scripts, exploit hosting, botnets, illegal scanning, or systems designed to harm other networks.
- No adult sexual content, child exploitation material, extremist/terrorist content, illegal content, pirated content, stolen accounts, or leaked credentials.
- No content or files that overload, damage, blacklist, bypass, or interfere with ToxiTech Network servers or other hosted sites.
// 4. Security Review
- ToxiTech Network may inspect, scan, test, quarantine, reject, suspend, or remove files for safety and abuse prevention.
- Files that appear suspicious, harmful, illegal, abusive, or unsafe may be refused or removed without deployment.
- Urgent security risks may be suspended immediately to protect the server and network.
// 5. Abuse Reports And Takedown
- Reports can be sent to [email protected] with the domain, URL, reason, and evidence.
- ToxiTech Network may review reports and take action including warning, disabling content, suspending a site, or ending hosting.
- Customers must cooperate with security, abuse, legal, copyright, and privacy-related reports.
// 6. Termination
- Either side may end the hosting arrangement.
- ToxiTech Network may terminate hosting for serious abuse, malware, illegal content, non-response, high load, or breach of these rules.
- After termination, live website files may be removed from the server.
